Engineered Airflow. Cleaner Grinding.

• Every contour inside ARC’s grind chamber is engineered to guide coffee smoothly from the burrs to the chute with a direct, controlled flow.

• The optimized path helps reduce turbulence, static-related buildup, clumping, and retention—keeping grounds moving cleanly and consistently.

• Combined with ARC’s anti-static system and low-retention chute, the result is cleaner grinding, less waste, and more coffee in your cup.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

What brewing methods can I use with the ARC?

The ARC covers a wide grind range for:

  • Turkish-style fine grinding
  • Espresso
  • Moka pot
  • Pour-over
  • Drip coffee
  • French press
  • Cold brew

Its adjustable grind system makes it easy to move between fine and coarse settings.

How do the programmable timers work?

ARC lets you save two grind-time presets for repeatable daily dosing. You can also switch to Manual Grind when you prefer full control over each dose.

Can ARC be used for single dosing?

Yes. Use Manual Grind mode when you want to weigh and grind individual doses. The silicone hopper bellows also helps clear remaining coffee from the grind path.

What is the advantage of a 60mm stainless steel flat burr?

A larger 60mm flat burr provides a broad grinding surface for fast, consistent coffee preparation. The stainless steel burrs are durable and designed to produce uniform grounds for better extraction and more repeatable results.

How do I clean the ARC coffee grinder?

For everyday maintenance, keep the bean hopper, dosing area, and coffee chute free of accumulated grounds. Use the bellows to help clear remaining coffee from the grinding path.

Always unplug the grinder before cleaning. Do not immerse the grinder or base in water.

How do I reset the ARC Grinder?

If the grinder stops due to an overload or blockage:

  1. Turn off and unplug the grinder.
  2. Check and clear any blockage.
  3. Allow the grinder to cool for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Locate the red Reset button on the back of the grinder.
  5. Press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds.
  6. Plug the grinder back in and restart it.

The Reset button is part of the ARC Grinder’s overload protection system and helps restore normal operation after the motor has been overloaded or jammed.
