Extended Holiday Return Policy

For orders placed between November 1, 2025 and January 31, 2026, we offer an extended 60-day return window, instead of our standard 30 days.
Eligible returns during this period will receive a refund.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All purchases made on Lafeeca.com are covered by our 30-day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you’re not completely satisfied, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or refund, products must be returned in their original, unused condition.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please submit a return request, and a member of our customer support team will assist you.

  • Returns must be initiated within the eligible return window

  • Returns are accepted by mail only


Return Shipping & Refunds (U.S. Orders Only)

Returns are refunded to the original form of payment. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund based on the product type:

  • $30 — Electric products purchased as a bundle

  • $15 — Electric products purchased individually

  • $6 — Non-electric products

Free return shipping is available if you choose store credit instead of a refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected, depending on your financial institution.


Return Guidelines

To ensure your return is accepted:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including:

    • Product boxes

    • Manuals and warranty cards

    • Accessories and protective materials

  • Please return only the items listed on your return label to the specified return location

Returned products that are used, damaged, missing parts, or returned with altered packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking and shipping fee, calculated based on the original purchase price.


Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Final sale items will be clearly noted in the product description and may also appear on your packing slip.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required
